Physiotherapy

Your physio will diagnose your injury, help create an individualised plan for recovery and start your rehab using manual techniques and movement exercises.

Exercise Physiology

Exercise based therapy aimed at improving health and function while understanding injury physiology and it's relation to movement

Hi, my name is Connor and I’m a clinical exercise physiologist. I’ve completed a Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science and later completed a Master in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I am very passionate about contributing to the betterment of people’s health, and have a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries and return to sport.

Outside of the clinic I love keeping active through the great outdoors, strength training, running, and I have a particular love for anything sport related. I have previously played high level cricket and have a strong interest in rugby league, soccer, AFL, tennis, golf, formula 1, surfing and basketball.

Hi, I am Hary and I have been a physiotherapist for the last 2 years, having graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy.

I have enjoyed treating a variety of injuries over the last 2 years, with a particular interest of sports-related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. As an athlete myself, I understand how important it is to be able to do the activties we all enjoy without pain or limitations.

I strive to help my clients return to doing what they love and preventing re-injury with evidence based treatments such as manual therapy, dry needling and tailored exercise programs.

As to why I became a physio; I have always loved sport (regardless of how great I am at it!) and have had a keen interest in the workings of the human body - you put the two together, and you get a physio! Outside of the clinic, I am usually on the oztag field, at the gym or usually trying out new restaurants with my mates!
